Aussie Oak
This mix of the Australian native species bull oak and white oak is what we believe the taste of Australian and American Barbecue fusion is all about.

With the long burning qualities of other Australian hardwoods, it also offers the flavour shared by most species of oak throughout the world, which is a flavoursome and aromatic smoke, yet not overpowering.

Sourced from a very dry arid area of NSW it grows very slowly. By the time of harvest is very solid therefore long burning with a high heat and minimal ash.

This is one of our few woods that is not a South Australian product but it is too good not to share with everybody!

Smoke is flavoursome and aromatic smoke, yet not overpowering. Best on pork & beef.
