Pecan Boutique Smoking Wood
Peach is a wood very commonly associated with smoked meats and American BBQ, due to it’s prevalence in many American states that are also known for award winning BBQ!

Here in Australia it is a different story, it is not as common, and mostly a different breed of Pecan all together. It is in the same family as the hickory tree, but the smoke does not smell or taste the same.

Australian grown pecan wood is an amazing smoke for most meat. Some of our sponsored competitive BBQ teams have achieved top 10 results and placed in all categories using our Pecan wood.

A sweet and slightly nutty smelling smoke, that leaves a beautiful flavour on all meats.
(Our favourite is mixed with cherry on pork ribs!)
